The ICTS Academy was established to improve the all-round skills of its personnel.

On a voluntary basis, ICTS employees may choose from a wide range of training courses that will fit best with their goals within the company. 

In March, two courses were successfully completed: a sales training and an ergonomics training.

“In a three-part sales training programme with interactive workshops, employees who are in contact with customers and suppliers often, were trained to optimize their behavioural and communication skills”, says Johan Claus, Coach and Trainer at The House of Change. “They also learned new negotiation styles and techniques”.

The ergonomics training course focused on learning trainees to put as little physical strain on themselves as possible while performing their work in order to prevent possible long-term illnesses and health risk.
