Onboarding at ICTS

In a bid to enhance the quality standards across the Group, Cédric embarked on his role as Quality Manager on May 15th.

His onboarding process promptly kicked off, setting the stage for his journey within the organization. To foster a broader understanding of the company's context and nuances, Cédric initially joined forces with colleagues Sarah and Nicoleta in the workshops.

Reflecting on his onboarding experience, Cédric shared, "Today, I found myself actively working in the field alongside a colleague. He was tasked with internal assignments originating from the office. It's not always clear to them what these tasks entail internally. However, by immersing myself in the field, they gain a better grasp of their colleagues' roles and responsibilities, enabling them to react more effectively."

As the quality manager, Cédric's mission is to refine the quality across all departments. This objective necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, spanning every facet from A to Z. It's essential to identify potential weak links, analyze them, and instigate improvements. After all, every component is intricately interconnected within the organization.
