We are halfway through 2023 and ICTS has some big news for you! 

We are excited to announce that on June 30th, ICTS B.V. and GLE Amsterdam B.V. will be relocating to Uithoorn, where we will continue all our existing operations at a newly renovated site. As you may already know, ICTS Group has acquired the premises, buildings, and activities of Visser European Trailer Care B.V., which has now been rebranded as ICTS Services Uithoorn B.V.

Additionally, the workshop employees of GLE Rotterdam B.V. will also be joining us in Uithoorn. While GLE Rotterdam B.V. will change its address, it will remain in Rotterdam along with the field service technicians who primarily serve the Rotterdam Harbor.

As a trusted one-stop-shop partner, ICTS aims to expand its presence in the Port of Rotterdam. By the end of this year, we plan to increase our mobile workshops from 3 to 6, enabling us to provide even better service. Furthermore, starting from July 1st, 2023, we will offer all our business lines in Amsterdam as well. This includes the rental of various chassis, box and curtainsided trailers, as well as maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and inspection of tail lifts, refrigeration units, and trailers. We also offer full-service maintenance contracts, spare parts delivery, breakdown assistance, and advisory services. 

We firmly believe that achieving critical mass, possessing diverse competencies, and maintaining rapid response times are vital. By merging these companies, we can leverage ICTS' expertise more effectively, ensuring that all necessary competencies are readily available. Our depot holders, such as Arledo and Wago/RosiervandenBosch, will continue to provide excellent support in the Netherlands, ensuring short response times and comprehensive market coverage.
