On Tuesday, February 27th, and Wednesday, February 28th, Chris Gent and Nathan Booker visited the ICTS-workshops in Ghent and Zeebrugge, Belgium.
Their aim was to review and update the existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) between DFDS and ICTS.
Employing strategic approaches such as Full Service, Zero Defect, Mobile Workshops, Preventive Maintenance, and A and B Services – including MOT – ICTS aims to minimize downtime at the DFDS European Equipment Pool (EEP). These measures significantly contribute to the efficient management and enhanced operational performance of the equipment.
