The ICTS Academy was inaugurated with the mission to elevate the comprehensive skills of our personnel.

This month was no exception, as everyone at the ICTS Academy plunged headfirst into an array of scheduled training sessions.

In May, we extended the popular forklift training course facilitated by Atrium Training. Following the successful session in Zeebrugge back in March, this time the employees in Ghent had the opportunity to partake, including our newly appointed Quality Manager, Cédric. The objective of the training? To impart the skills necessary to operate a forklift safely and proficiently. The theoretical segment focuses predominantly on legislation, diverse types of forklifts, and associated risks. In contrast, the practical lessons emphasize technical operation, safety protocols, and truck loading procedures.

Our Rental department was bustling with activity as well! A select group of colleagues engaged in an interactive, practice-oriented seminar aimed at honing their communication skills. This enriching training course primarily centered on the pillars of effective communication, fostering interpersonal relationships, and cultivating a positive ambiance during interactions.
