Trailer rental
The young ICTS fleet consists of no fewer than 2500+ trailers, of which 90% are rented on a continuous basis with 60% long-term rental and 40% short-term rental. This business concept allows optimal work processes. With a fleet of 2500 trailers, spread across different countries, ICTS aims to achieve a 90% optimum balance between occupancy and availability. If the capacity utilisation were to be 100%, there would be no free availability of the fleet for the customer and ICTS would not be able to achieve the service level desired. Therefore, 10% of the trailer fleet is reserved as a service for additional short-term rental when the market improves or in the event of a peak moment of existing or new customers.
When ICTS’ available fleet does not meet the demand of a customer, ICTS is able to respond quickly and maintain its capacity throughout Europe through close cooperation with several renowned trailer manufacturers. In recent years, this flexible approach has led to a strong growth and diversification of ICTS Group’s trailer park. Both new and existing customers will receive optimal service. Thanks to the sale of used trailers and the continuous renewal of the fleet, the number of trailers is growing steadily and the average age is reduced.

Short-term rental
(Customer) specified trailers for short-term rental, with ICTS logo, can be rented for a full-service weekly or monthly rate and including an extensive number of services and components:
- During the entire rental period, the replacement of brake parts and the related work is covered for normal wear and tear.
- During the entire rental period, tyres that are worn due to normal use are replaced by new tyres.
- Maintenance of the chassis and the rotating parts is covered for normal wear and tear and, if necessary, parts are replaced. This includes axles, support legs, turntable and the air suspension; in short, everything below the chassis. Rotating parts include door hinges, rollers for the sliding roof and fasteners for tarpaulins.
- The replacement of parts and the related work for the periodic maintenance during the entire rental period are included in the price.
- Inspection fees charged by third parties for periodic, specific inspections throughout the entire rental period, are also included.
This full-service price does not include damage repair or insurance claim handling, abnormal wear or damage of tyres, insurances, fuel and VAT.
However, these extra service items can still be purchased through the workshops of ICTS Group or the field services offered by ICTS. Keep the entire fleet management under one roof!
Long-term rental
(Customer) specified trailers for long-term rental come with the customer's advertising design and can be rented for a full-service monthly rate. These trailers are often newly acquired by ICTS Group to accommodate the customer’s needs, in order to optimize their use. In addition, an extensive number of services and features are included:
- During the entire rental period, the replacement of brake parts and the related work is covered for normal wear and tear.
- During the entire rental period, tyres that are worn due to normal use are replaced by new tyres.
- Maintenance of the chassis and the rotating parts is covered for normal wear and tear and, if necessary, parts are replaced. This includes axles, support legs, turntable and the air suspension; in short, everything below the chassis. Rotating parts can be door hinges, rollers for the sliding roof and fasteners for tarpaulins, among others.

The rental fleet

For who is interested, ICTS also sells its new and used trailers. In addition, the ICTS trailers are structurally sold when they have reached a certain age. This results in a continuous rejuvenation and renewal of ICTS Group’s rental fleet.
Besides a clear concept and a clear price, making things easier is an important focus within the fleet rental; this is why ICTS, for each trailer, will structurally inform customers several times prior to the date of a required APK (MOT) test or other mandatory inspection.
