ICTS was contacted by H.Essers, one of Europe's leading suppliers of transport and logistics for sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and parts. The firm needed assistance with a problem on the TIR seal of curtainsider buckles, resulting in a trailer being held by customs at Schiphol airport.

Following technical discussions and communication with H.Essers, ICTS immediately deployed two technicians who managed to restore the security of the buckles around the trailer on the spot using blind rivets. The trailer was then able to continue on its way.

After seeing the technically smart solution, H.Essers decided that it would in future modify the rest of its own trailers in the same way. First-class execution by ICTS field services!
