Continuing the good practice of improving communication and cooperation in ICTS, a second Country Managers' meeting was organised from August 30th to September 1st in Gdynia, Poland.

Continuing the good practice of improving communication and cooperation in ICTS, a second Country Managers' meeting was organised from August 30th to September 1st in Gdynia, Poland.

Two days were needed to decide on strategic matters. Despite the intense schedule of these first two days it was still possible to visit the Port of Gdynia and obtain various interesting information thanks to Mr. Adam Schmidt's extraordinary knowledge.

The third day was reserved for training. Mr. Johan Claus from The House of Change gave an amazing interactive workshop on how to exceed customer expectations.

The trip was special as the Port of Gdynia celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.
