In the ambition to continue its growth trajectory, ICTS modified its organisational structure in 2020 into clear business lines. The pandemic has certainly not made communication flows any easier. Thankfully ICTS was able to maintain its contacts with colleagues and customers with the help of online meetings and new software implementations.

In the ambition to continue its growth trajectory, ICTS modified its organisational structure in 2020 into clear business lines. The pandemic has certainly not made communication flows any easier. Thankfully ICTS was able to maintain its contacts with colleagues and customers with the help of online meetings and new software implementations.

It was therefore very valuable for ICTS to be able to finally organize an in-person Country Managers meeting in Zeebrugge. During this 2-day meeting, which took place on April 5 and 6, various strategic topics were discussed, such as the future vision, fleet management, and IT innovations within the group.

At the end of these 2 intensive days a visit was paid to the Cobelfret Kaai where Mr. Bram Desender, Terminal Manager of Cobelfret, gave a grand tour to our Country Managers. Cobelfret manages RO-RO terminals with a surface area of more than 4,000,000 m², intended for the storage and transport of trailers, containers, vehicles and general cargo.
